应力密度的理论及应用

摘要
借助量子力学应力理论，我们在密度泛函理论中引入应力密度。类比 Chetty-Martin 能量密度，应力密度提供了对积分宏观应力张量贡献的空间分辨。我们给出了在局域密度近似内平面波超软赝势方法中实用且高效实现的具体方案。通过研究表面与界面物理中一组代表性测试用例，展示了应力密度的能力。展望而言，应力密度比积分宏观应力更具威力与预测性。
