弹性变形有限金属体系的能量泛函理论：工作函数与表面应力

摘要
在修正稳定化 jellium 模型中，考虑外加应变对简单金属表面性质的影响。推导了作为体电子密度和给定变形函数的稳定化能的方程。同时给出基于自洽 Kohn-Sham 方法计算的铝的表面应力和工作函数结果。讨论了有限体系工作函数各向异性问题。presented 对应力诱导电势差在金属表面实验结果的清晰解释。
