摘要
变源的分类为从恒星内部到星系核的广泛天体物理提供见解。Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) 提供记录超过十亿源变率的时间序列观测。这些数据规模 necessitate 自动化方法以进行透彻分析。基于先前工作,本文报道 ZTF 源分类项目(SCoPe)的结果,其训练神经网络与 XGBoost 机器学习(ML)算法,利用含 170,632 条光曲线的手动构建训练集对 ZTF 变源进行二分类。我们发现若干分类器取得高精度与高召回分数,表明其对跨 77 个 ZTF 场的 209,991,147 条光曲线预测可靠。我们还识别 XGB 分类的最重要特征,并比较两种 ML 算法性能,发现 XGB 分类器精度更高的模式。所得分类星表向公众开放,为 SCoPe 开发的软件开源且可适配未来时域巡天。
