摘要

浓稠内聚悬浮液的屈服可能依赖于变形速率。其后果之一是,单一悬浮液根据测试方式或更一般地根据其流动诱导方式的不同,可呈现出多种不同的行为。我们在同一种悬浮液中观察到了 Herschel-Bulkley 流动、高度非单调流动曲线以及高度不规则或混沌的屈服现象。在控制速率测试中,可以看到变形速率的系统性影响。在控制应力测试中,情况更为微妙。虽然阶梯应力蠕变测试会引发可重复的行为,但任何试图通过例如以不适当的速率阶梯增加或扫描应力来确定流动曲线的尝试,都可能导致高度不可重复的行为。
