THESEUS 任务(由 ESA 在宇宙愿景 M5 发射机会框架下遴选,目前处于 A 阶段)搭载的 X 与伽马射线成像光谱仪(XGIS)基于由数千个单主动元件组成的探测面。每个元件包含一根 4.5x4.5x30 mm^3 的 CsI(Tl) 闪烁体条,其两端光学耦合至硅漂移探测器(SDDs)。SDDs 同时作为闪烁光的光电探测器与直接的 X 射线传感器。本文回顾了 XGIS 探测面的设计,概述了系统在模块化与冗余性方面的战略选择。还描述了探测器-电子学原型的结果。此外,介绍了低噪声前端电子学的设计与开发,强调了基于定制专用集成电路(ASICs)的创新架构设计。
