VIP 实验

摘要

泡利不相容原理(PEP)是量子力学的基本原理,其有效性从未受到过严肃挑战。然而,鉴于其重要性,尽可能彻底地检验它极为重要。在此我们描述 VIP(Violation of PEP,违犯 PEP)实验,它是 Ramberg 与 Snow 实验(Ramberg and Snow, Phys. Lett. B238 (1990) 438)的改进版本;VIP 将在格兰萨索地下实验室进行,旨在以空前的精度——低至 β221030\frac{\beta^2}{2} \sim 10^{-30}——检验电子的泡利不相容原理。
