摘要
由中子散射产生的核反冲事件构成了WIMP直接探测实验中最重要的一类本底,因为它们可能产生看起来与WIMP相互作用完全相同的核反冲。在DarkSide-50中,我们利用由水切伦科夫探测器内的硼负载液体闪烁体探测器组成的中子否决系统,主动抑制并测量中子诱导本底事件的速率。本文致力于描述DarkSide-50的中子否决系统,包括探测器结构、事件重建与数据分析的基础以及基本性能参数。
