摘要
近年来，记者与其他研究者已将网络档案用作其虚假信息研究的重要资源。本文提供了若干此类使用的实例，并汇集了 Old Dominion University 网络科学与数字图书馆（WS-DL）研究组在该领域完成的部分工作。我们将展示网络档案如何被用于调查网页变更、研究含已删除内容的存档社交媒体，以及研究已存档的已知虚假信息。
