摘要
第三次科学飞行的气球载太阳观测站Sunrise搭载了三个全新的后焦科学仪器,具备光谱极化能力,同时覆盖从近红外到近紫外的扩展光谱范围。通过亚 arc秒分辨率的1米Sunrise望远镜,对低光度层到染色层的更大高度范围进行采样,是理解关键小尺度现象、能量耦合太阳大气不同层次的关键。日出紫外光谱极化仪与成像仪(SUSI)工作范围为309 nm至417 nm。SUSI的一个关键特性是能够同时记录数百条光谱线,而不受地球大气的有害影响。丰富的SUSI光谱可用于多线反演。仪器的另一项重要创新是同步的二维上下文成像功能,可用于对残余光学畸变进行数值校正。本文描述了SUSI的主要设计方面、仪器表征与测试,以及其运行、预期性能和数据产品。
