太阳轨道器 SPICE 仪器——一台极紫外成像光谱仪

摘要

日冕环境光谱成像(SPICE)仪器是一台工作于极紫外(EUV)波段的高分辨率成像光谱仪。在本文中,我们介绍 ESA/NASA 太阳轨道器任务上这一设施仪器的概念、设计与发射前性能。本文旨在让潜在用户更好地理解可能的观测类型、数据获取以及对该仪器信号有贡献的各类来源。论文在介绍仪器设计(包括光学、机械、热控与电子学方面)之前,讨论了科学目标,并侧重于 SPICE 特有的方面。随后对仪器性能进行了表征与定标。论文最后描述了运行概念与数据处理。各项仪器参数的性能测量均满足由任务科学目标推导出的要求。SPICE 仪器已准备好执行测量,为太阳轨道器任务的科学成功作出重要贡献。
