远红外巡天仪 (FIS) 是 AKARI 卫星上的两台焦平面仪器之一。FIS 拥有 65、90、140 和 160 m 四个测光波段,并使用两种阵列探测器。FIS 的阵列和光学系统设计用于以高空间分辨率和冗余度扫描天空。实际扫描宽度超过 8 角分,像元间距与望远镜的衍射极限相匹配。由小行星观测导出的点扩散函数 (PSFs) 与光学模型相似。然而,在 PSF 尾部明显观察到显著的过剩,其贡献约占总功率的 30%。FIS 的所有功能在轨运行良好,其性能符合实验室表征结果,但两个较长波长波段的表现不如实验室表征所示。此外,FIS 利用傅里叶变换光谱仪 (FTS) 具备光谱能力。由于 FTS 利用了测光仪的光学和探测器,它可以同时生成光谱图。本文总结了 FIS 在轨的技术和运行性能。
