62Ni的恒星(n,gamma)截面

摘要

62Ni(n,gamma)63Ni(t_1/2=100+-2年)反应在慢中子俘获(s-)核合成过程的流路径控制中起着重要作用。我们首次测量了该反应在准麦克斯韦型(kT = 25 keV)中子通量下的总截面。测量通过快中子活化结合加速器质谱法进行,以直接检测63Ni产物核。实验值28.4+-2.8 mb与最近的理论估计相当一致,影响了62Ni本身的计算净产额以及大质量恒星中弱s过程产生的62<A<90核素的整个分布。
