QUIJOTE 宇宙微波背景实验

我们介绍了 QUIJOTE (Q-U-I JOint TEnerife) 宇宙微波背景实验的当前状态,这是一个将于 2009 年初在泰德天文台开始运行的新仪器,旨在表征宇宙微波背景的极化以及银河系和河外辐射在 10-30 GHz 频率范围和较大角尺度上的其他过程。QUIJOTE 将成为 PLANCK 任务在低频段的重要补充,并且具有所需的灵敏度,如果张量标量比大于 r=0.05,则能够探测到原初引力波成分。
