我们证明，一个微分域K是代数闭且Picard-Vessiot闭的，当且仅当对于任意定义在K上的线性微分代数群G，微分伽罗瓦上同调群H^1_\partial(K,G)是平凡的。我们给出了其在参数化Picard-Vessiot理论中的一个应用。
