开放多波段瞬态事件库 (OTTER):基础设施发布与双星撕裂事件目录
摘要
对天体瞬态现象的多波段分析是理解这些事件物理过程的关键。为提高此类分析的效率与效果,我们 presented the Open mulTiwavelength Transient Event Repository (OTTER),一个公开的瞬态事件元数据与光度测量目录。与前述工作不同,本文的数据模式针对跨越整个电磁波段、来自多个已发布来源的多波段光度数据集进行了优化存储。开源软件包括应用程序编程接口 (API) 和网页应用,供用户查看、访问和分析数据集。针对OTTER的首次发布,我们提供了迄今为止规模最大的双星撕裂事件 (TDE) 候选者 photometric archive,包含约118,000次对240个TDE候选者的观测,覆盖射电到X射线波段。我们通过对TDE population的四个示例分析,展示了该基础设施的强大功能。我们计划持续维护此数据集,随着更多TDE候选者被提出,并鼓励其他用户通过网页应用上传新发布的数据。该基础设施旨在归档额外的瞬态数据(如超新星、伽玛暴、快速蓝色光学瞬态现象、快速射电暴等)。网页应用地址为https://otter.idies.jhu.edu,API文档地址为https://astro-otter.readthedocs.io。
