我们引入了 Mondrian 核，一种对 Laplace 核的快速随机特征近似。它适用于批处理与在线学习，并且允许快速的核宽度选择过程，因为随机特征可以高效地重用于所有核宽度。这些特征是通过 Mondrian 过程 [Roy and Teh, 2009] 采样树来构建的，我们强调了其与 Mondrian 森林 [Lakshminarayanan et al., 2014] 的联系，在后者中树也是通过 Mondrian 过程采样的，但独立拟合。这一联系为核方法与随机森林之间的关系提供了新的见解。
