最大能量耗散原理与现象学合作及集体效应

摘要
从变分描述的角度比较了物理学中的集体现象与生物学/化学中的合作现象。采用最大能量耗散原理，并根据基于最优控制的公式(Moroz, 2008; Moroz, 2009)选择类代价泛函。利用该方法，考虑了非平衡热力学条件下的变分框架。研究了将该方法应用于化学/生物化学动力学中合作现象的描述与Landau自由能方法应用于物理学中集体现象的描述之间的差异。
