氢对过渡金属玻璃电子结构的影响

摘要
我们研究了氢对VZr二元过渡金属玻璃电子结构的影响。我们利用硬X射线光电子能谱检查了氢与金属原子之间的杂化。结合初步密度泛函理论，我们展示并预测了-杂化能态的形成。通过光学透射和电阻率测量，我们研究了由这些改变的能态所导致的新兴电子性质，并结合频率依赖导电率张量的理论计算，对氢导致的光学吸收强波长依赖性变化以及随氢浓度增加呈正抛物线变化的电阻率，进行定性支持。
