摘要
快速的技术变革与全球化在个人数据的保护和处理方面带来了新的挑战。2018 年，巴西提出了一项新法律，旨在规定个人数据应如何被收集和对待，以保障数据持有者的安全与完整。本文的目的是强调《个人数据保护一般法》的原则，告知真实的个人数据泄露案例，从而理解满足互联网用户在此议题上利益及其对整个巴西社会益处的收获之重要性。
