摘要
从粒子模型出发，我们在大粒子极限下混沌传播的假设下，推导了黏菌演化的宏观聚集-扩散方程。我们分析了稳态情形下宏观模型的性质，并研究了黏菌在食物源之间的行为。对聚集-扩散方程的高效数值模拟使得我们能够详细分析漂移、相互作用和扩散等不同机制之间的相互作用。
