摘要
本章主张，一般科学哲学应从非相对论量子力学中出现的形而上学欠定案例中吸取元哲学教训。第 2 节介绍了关于量子粒子的个体性与非个体性的形而上学欠定的传统讨论。第 3 节讨论了文献中发现的三种反应：关于个体性的消除主义；关于个体性的保守主义；关于对象的消除主义。第 4 节以关于科学形而上学的认识论之元形而上学考量对上述内容进行总结。
