摘要

鉴于电-热开关机制在碳黑-聚合物复合材料中缺乏微观信息，本文应用原子力显微镜揭示了该过程的局部性质，并与广泛使用的商业开关特性相关联。我们得出结论，开关事件发生在承载主要电流的关键互连隧穿结处。宏观开关态随之而来的是由快速开关与慢速重连动态平衡状态共同决定。
