TESS 中温亚土星型行星的偏心率分布

摘要

我们基于对 NASA 凌星系外行星巡天卫星 (TESS) 任务凌星光变曲线的分析,给出了温亚土星型行星 (4-8 地球半径,8-200 天周期) 的偏心率分布。我们利用“光偏心”效应约束了 76 颗行星的偏心率,其中 60 颗来自单凌星系统,16 颗来自多凌星系统。我们采用分层贝叶斯建模来推断该行星群的偏心率分布,并测试了 Beta 分布和混合 Beta 分布。我们识别出几颗高偏心率 (e ~ 0.7-0.8) 的温亚土星型行星,其偏心率似乎过高,无法仅用盘迁移或行星-行星散射来解释,这表明高偏心率迁移可能在其形成中发挥了作用。该行星群的平均偏心率为 e = 0.103+0.047-0.045,与行星-盘和行星-行星相互作用一致。值得注意的是,我们发现高偏心率的亚土星型行星出现在单凌星系统中。本研究首次在行星群层面提供了证据,表明亚土星型行星的偏心率可能由动力学过程塑造。
