GECAM 卫星上伽马射线探测器的设计与性能

背景:每颗 GECAM 卫星载荷包含 25 个伽马射线探测器(GRDs),可探测伽马射线与粒子,并能粗略定位伽马射线暴(GRBs)。GRD 采用溴化镧(LaBr3)晶体作为灵敏材料,后端耦合硅光电倍增管(SiPM)阵列进行读出。目的:在 GRD 的航天工程设计中,有许多关键点需要研究。本文给出 GRD 的具体设计方案、装配及探测器性能测试结果。方法:基于蒙特卡洛模拟与实验测试结果,对 GRD 的具体原理设计与装配工艺进行了优化。在完全装配后,利用放射源对 GRDs 进行性能测试,并开展了随机振动试验。结果与结论:测试结果表明,所有星载 GRDs 在 59.5 keV 处的能量分辨率 <16%,满足卫星科学性能要求。随机振动试验显示 GRD 能保持性能稳定,满足空间应用需求。
