考虑交流约束与事故的变串联电抗器配置

摘要
变串联电抗器(VSRs)可通过调节线路电抗来有效控制功率流。当它们在电力网络中合理配置时,可降低输电阻塞与发电成本。本文提出一种规划模型,在考虑交流约束及包含基态与事故的多场景条件下最优配置 VSRs。该规划模型原为非凸大规模混合整数非线性规划(MINLP),通常难以求解。所提出的 Benders 方法将 MINLP 模型分解为一个混合整数线性规划(MILP)主问题与若干非线性子问题。基于 IEEE 118-母线系统的数值案例研究证明了所提方法的高性能。
