摘要
提出了一种光纤探测器概念,允许在低占用率下以约0.1毫米的空间点精度在100纳秒内记录粒子。光纤应能承受1兆拉德/年的辐射。相应的原型已在DESY的3 GeV电子束上建造并测试。这些测试的初步结果表明,探测器的设计目标已经达到。
