基于半导体板电极的气体粒子探测器研制

摘要
一种具有亚纳秒时间分辨率、能在高计数率环境(计数率能力量级为 )下工作的新型粒子探测器正在研制中。已使用电阻率 高达 的半导体电极来改善RPC [1] [2] 的计数率能力。本文给出了三种不同探测器结构的效率与时间分辨率。
