层间隧穿导致的温度依赖的能隙各向异性

摘要
Ma及其合作者最近的实验表明,中的能隙各向异性强烈依赖于温度。特别是,沿方向的超导能隙表现出比沿方向更弱的温度依赖性,后者随温度升高而迅速减小。我们将这一新颖特征解释为超导层间隧穿机制的自然结果。
