摘要
通过扭矩磁强计测量,在高达9 T的磁场下,研究了高温超导体SmBa2Cu3Ox中超导态参数各向异性γ的温度依赖性。测量在四块欠掺杂单晶上进行,其氧含量对应的Tc在42.8 K至63.6 K之间变化。发现各向异性强烈依赖于温度,而对磁场的依赖性很弱。未发现超流密度对磁场的依赖性。讨论了各向异性温度依赖性的可能起源。
