TEM10 零差探测作为最优小位移与倾斜测量方案

摘要
我们报道了利用 TEM10 本振的零差探测对高斯光束的小位移与倾斜——两个共轭变量——进行最优测量的实验演示。我们验证了标准分束探测的效率仅为 64%。我们还展示了利用输入光束内压缩真空 TEM10 模式实现的超越量子噪声极限的位移测量。
