摘要
我们表明，电子与晶格的相互作用对轨道磁矩的传播施加了严格的对称性约束。我们给出了阐明潜在机制的示例，并揭示了半经典模型未能捕捉到的超快轨道磁矩振荡的附加效应。我们的分析所揭示的约束要求对先前的观测进行重新解释，并为高效轨道电子器件实现提供了途径。
