表面光学性质中的表面效应与晶体终止效应

摘要
我们通过 GaAs (110) 和 (100) 的 sp^3s^* 紧束缚方法进行真实的微观计算，证明了表面光学性质不受长程晶体终止效应的影响，因此可以通过考虑有限厚度（20-30 Å）的薄板来一致地研究它们。还讨论了反射各向异性光谱中类导数线和类体线形状的起源，分析了表面引起的体光谱在表面附近的可能降低、展宽和移动所产生的影响。
