摘要
分析了氖化铟-氧薄膜中零场超导电阻过渡,讨论了两种特征温度:上温度T_{c0},其中有序相的振幅被建立;下温度T_c,其中相序化完成。从磁阻测量结果可见,介于T_c与T_{c0}之间的电阻不能归因于热力学解离涡旋对的耗散。因此,在T_c处发生的并非Kosterlitz-Thouless-Berezinskii相变。
