我们报道了在 MoGaAs 中超导性的发现与详细研究。MoGaAs 结晶于 (No. 87) 空间群，晶格参数为 = 12.86352 \AA 和 = 5.30031 \AA。电阻率、磁化率和比热数据表明 MoGaAs 是一个 = 5.6 K 的 II 类超导体。其上临界场与下临界场分别估计为 2.78 T 和 22.0 mT。此外，MoGaAs 中的电子-声子耦合可能强于 BCS 弱耦合极限。第一性原理计算表明费米能级主要由 Mo-4 与 Ga-4 轨道主导。
