摘要
Ruddlesden-Popper 相 Bulk nickelates 在高压下发现超导性,激发了通过应变稳定 ambient pressure 超导性于薄膜形态的浓厚兴趣。最近,在经压缩应变的双层 nickelate 薄膜中观察到超导性信号,临界温度超过 40 K,但伴随宽广且呈两步式迁移。本文报道了通过等价 Pr 取代、生长优化和精确臭氧退火实现的压缩应变 LaPrNiO 薄膜中的本质超导性及常态输运性质。超导临界温度超过 48 K,零电阻在 30 K 以上,1.4 K 处的临界电流密度是前述报告的 100 倍。常态态电阻呈二次温度依赖,表明符合费米液体行为;其他现象学特征与过采样 cuprate 输运性质相似,暗示其新兴性质之间存在类比。
