Ga[Al]As异质结构中通过点接触的超弹道电子流

摘要
我们在不同温度和体电子密度下测量了Ga[Al]As异质结构高迁移率电子气中点接触的电子输运。在所有研究的电子密度和点接触宽度下，通过所有点接触的电导在附近的温度窗口内随温度升高而增加。对于高电子密度，该电导超过了基本弹道极限（Sharvin极限）。这些观测结果与黏性电子输运模型及先前在石墨烯中的实验一致。
