单气隙高阻酚醛树脂阻性板室的时间特性研究

摘要
测量了多个由高阻（体电阻率 ~ 10^10 - 10^12 欧姆厘米）、2 毫米厚、内表面经硅油涂覆的哑光酚醛纸层压板制成的单气隙（2 毫米）原型阻性板室的时间分辨率。发现所有模块在坪区的时间分辨率均为 ~ 2 纳秒。
