La$sub{0.9}Tesub$sub{0.1}MnOsub$3$结构、磁性与自旋玻璃行为

摘要
本研究报告了钙钛矿氧化物Lasub{0.1}MnOsub的结构、磁性和电输运性质。这是一种具有R-3c空间群的新型材料，表现出低温下的自旋玻璃特征，并表现出良好的巨型磁阻行为。在4 T场下的200 K处，磁阻比约为51%。XPS测量表明，Te离子处于Te态，而Mn离子可能处于2+和3+价态。
