半结晶聚合物中带隙态的结构起源及其对电荷输运的影响

摘要
我们利用先进的X射线线形分析,量化了一种高性能半结晶半导体聚合物微晶中-堆积方向的无序程度。通过第一性原理计算,我们获得了具有递增次晶无序度的-堆积聚合物链系统的态密度。我们发现,对于PBTTT的取向薄膜,次晶无序度为7.3%。计算表明,这种类型的无序会诱导出宽度约为100 meV的陷阱态尾。这一发现与先前的器件建模结果一致,并为迁移率边模型提供了物理依据。
