La$_{2-x}$Sr$_x$CaCu$_2$O$_6$ 的结构与磁力不稳定性

摘要
我们对无CuO链的双层铜氧化物 LaSrCaCuO (x=0和0.2)进行了中子散射研究。这一非超导体在掺杂后显示出意外的四方性到正交性相变，其转变温度随掺杂程度变化。以下的主要结构变化表现为绝缘体氧的平面位移。在掺杂样品中，正交性超晶格strongly disordered，低温时磁力和结构自由度都发展出玻璃态。自旋关联为共差态。
