V掺杂LiFeAs中的强局域磁矩反铁磁自旋涨落

摘要
我们利用中子散射研究钒(空穴)掺杂的LiFeVAs。在未掺杂态,LiFeAs在 K呈现超导性,并具有类似于电子过掺杂铁磷化物的横向非公度自旋激发。当钒掺杂形成LiFeV时,LiFeAs中的横向非公度自旋激发转变为纵向拉长,其方式与钾(空穴)掺杂的BaKFeAs相似,但磁散射显著增强且超导性被消除。这不同于空穴掺杂BaFeAs中整体磁激发的抑制以及近最优空穴掺杂处超导性的增强。这些结果与密度泛函理论加动力学平均场理论计算一致,表明LiFeAs中的钒掺杂可能诱导出增大的有效磁矩,其自旋交叉基态源于巡游电子的轨道间散射。
