嵌入(Cd,Zn)Te量子阱的Te基微腔中的强耦合与极化激元激光

摘要

我们报道了基于(Cd,Zn,Mg)Te层并嵌入(Cd,Zn)Te量子阱的光学微腔的性质。结构设计的关键在于整个结构与MgTe的晶格匹配,这消除了内部应变并允许在微腔中嵌入任意数量的无应变量子阱。我们证实即使对于含单个量子阱的结构也已存在强光-物质耦合状态。嵌入四个无应变量子阱进一步增强了激子-光子耦合以及强耦合状态下的极化激元激光。
