摘要
我们研究了单个Ge/Si核/壳纳米线的低温磁输运性质。观测到了负磁导,这是存在强自旋-轨道耦合时一维空穴弱反局域化的特征。研究了相位相干长度、自旋-轨道弛豫时间和背景电导的温度和背栅依赖性。具体地,我们展示了自旋-轨道耦合强度可以通过外部电场调制五倍以上。这些结果表明Ge/Si纳米线系统具有强且可调的自旋-轨道相互作用,并可能成为自旋电子学应用的候选材料。
