碳膜的剥离效率与寿命

摘要
利用碳膜进行电荷交换注入是加速器中广泛使用的方法。本文讨论了碳膜使用中的两个关键问题：效率和寿命。提出了一种剥离效率的能量缩放规律，并与测量结果进行了比较。使用模拟程序MARS和ANSYS研究了决定薄膜寿命的几个因素——能量沉积、加热、应力和屈曲。
