摘要
本文旨在呈现战略与运营信息的不同方面和特征，并提出一种分类模式，以将信息视为战略性的或运营性的。该分类将用于两个决策过程，以辅助其挖掘以及被两个相关决策支持系统使用。这是通过对三家不同公司内部用作战略决策基础的信息进行调查研究的结果而开展的。
