多束团电子束经相干衍射辐射过程对光学腔的受激激发

摘要

借助超导直线加速器实现的低发射度、短束团、高重复频率电子束,已证实可在太赫兹频谱范围内对光学腔产生受激激发。电子束穿过腔镜上的小孔而未遭到破坏。在扫描腔往返长度时,观察到了表明经由相干衍射辐射产生宽带受激发射的尖锐共振结构。
