摘要
我们研究了一维无序电子模型（也适用于随机自旋链），该模型在半充填时表现出去局域化转变。精确计算了维格纳时间和透射系数的概率分布函数。我们识别并区分了概率密度中那些源于随机势罕见陷阱构型的特征，以及那些源于接近去局域化转变的特征。
