电子商务语境下信任与信誉系统的研究现状

摘要
本文根据信任与信誉文献并依据特定可信度准则，对最流行、最常用且被分析最多的信任与信誉系统（TRS）进行了深入比较研究。该综述依托一组分析并评估 TRS 成熟度与有效性的可信度准则展开。这些准则描述了 TRS 的实用性、可用性、性能与有效性。我们还提供了一张对比 TRS 的汇总表，涵盖详细且细粒度的信任与信誉方面选择。
