准二维系统中光学活性带电激子的稳定性

摘要
我们在均匀垂直B场存在下,精确数值求解了带负电的准二维激子()。研究了各种准二维几何结构。发现平行于B场的电荷分布对于确定光学活性的稳定性及其光致发光(PL)特征至关重要。该理论对最近在GaAs量子阱中获得的实验结果提供了定量解释。发现了无法在最低朗道能级近似内描述的效果。PACS: 78.20.Ls 78.66.-w 73.20.Dx
