我们研究了具有大 Ginzburg-Landau 参数的低钉扎材料 MoGe 在介观几何中超导态的不稳定性。我们观察到，在电流驱动的从 Abrikosov 磁通流非线性区域到正常态的开关过程中，平均临界涡旋速度作为外加磁场的函数达到一个极限最大速度。基于含时 Ginzburg-Landau 模拟，我们认为观测到的行为源于受限在介观尺度上的高速涡旋动力学。我们建立了一个通用相图，其中包含介观超导体中 Abrikosov 晶格所有可能的动力学构型。
